McAfee™
In order to use the McAfee™ firewall, you must set the firewall
to allow communication with our game severs. To do this, you will need
to turn off your privacy settings. Follow the steps outlined below:
1. Right click on the McAfee™
icon in the tool bar (next to the computer clock).
2. Choose "Open Security Center",
the McAfee™ program should appear.
3. Choose "Privacy Service".

4. Click on "disable" to
turn off the McAfee™ Privacy Service.

5. Close the "McAfee™ Security
Center. The above procedure should allow you to play SureWest Games on
Demand.

Still can't play?
If you are still having problems communicating with the game server,
you will need to add the IP addresses of our game servers in your trusted
IP section. To do this, follow steps 1 through 8 below:
1. From the "Security Center",
choose "Personal Firewall".

2. Click on "Utilities".
|
|
3. Click on "Trusted and Banned
IP", and the trusted and banned IP window will appear.
|
|
4. Make sure that you are on the
"Trusted IP Addresses" tab. Click on "Add" to add
an IP address, and the "Add IP Address" window will appear.

5. In the IP address box, enter "63.208.156.245".
In the Description box enter "Games Server" (or whatever name you
like) and click "OK".

6. Click on "Add" again
to add the IP address of the second game server. The "Add IP address"
window will appear again. In the IP address box enter "63.208.177.66".
In the Description box enter "Games Server2" (or whatever name
you like) and click OK.
7. Please repeat step 6 for the following IP addresses in order to enable secure communication to all of the games servers :
63.208.177.67
8. Click OK again to close the "Trusted
and Banned" IP window.
9. Close all McAfee™ windows.
This procedure should allow communication between the Exetender player
and the SureWest Games on Demand server.
