How do I login to the Games on Demand service? |

Enter your Games on Demand e-mail address, for example: myname@SureWest.net, and your Games on Demand password. The Games on Demand password is the password you set for the service.

If you received this error message please follow the instructions below:
1. Verify that you have subscribed to the Games on Demand service. You must subscribe to the Games on Demand service before using it.
2. If you are subscribed to the Games on Demand service, you may have entered the E-mail/password incorrectly.
*Note that your Games on Demand password is case sensitive.
Please try to enter the password again.

I forgot my password - how can I retrieve my password? |

Please click here. Enter your E-mail, click "Send", and your new password will then be sent to your e-mail address. You can also use the "Forgot Password" feature located on the login page to have a new password sent to your email address.

I did not receive the E-mail with my subscription order number, what should I do? |
|
You do not need the E-mail with the subscription confirmation number in order to start playing. You can start playing games immediately after your registration process.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two hours of registering, please contact us.

Can I still use Games on Demand even if I do not have SureWest Internet service? |
|
No, you must use SureWest Broadband in order to use Games on Demand.

If I cancel my SureWest Internet service, will my Games on Demand account be cancelled as well? |

Yes. Canceling SureWest Internet will automatically cancel your Games on Demand account. You will NOT have to cancel your Games on Demand account separately.
You can, of course, cancel your Games on Demand account without cancelling your SureWest Internet service.

Will deleting the Games on Demand player and software cancel my Games on Demand subscription? |

No, removing the SureWest Games on Demand game player (Exetender) or the games you have downloaded will not cancel your Games on Demand subscription. You will have to login to your account and complete the cancellation process.
