The game takes too long to download.
Download speeds vary based on the available speed in your neighborhood. Games on Demand servers are equipped with the latest technology to utilize the maximum download speed available to you.

If it is still slow, you can use the "scheduling" option that the Games on Demand player offers.

1. Launch the game you want to schedule for later download.

2. When you are prompted for the game shortcut, check the check box and click yes.

3. Wait until you see that the download has started (the red bar at the top of the player) and click on the "X" button on the top right of the player.

4. When you are prompted if you want to schedule the game for later use check the checkbox and press the "yes" button and the Games on Demand player will begin downloading the game in the background.

5. An icon appears in your system tray that alerts you when a game is ready. You can access the settings from here as well.

6. The next time you try to play that game it will be ready to go! Best of all, you can "schedule" multiple games to download one after another, so if you start downloading before going to bed the next day all of your games will be ready. Please remember that your computer must be connected to the Internet for the download to work.
After I click play the player says, "Shutting Down".
